A lone figure
in the spotlight
of morning glory
reposes golden skinned
amid roaring seas
and white gulls
huddled by boats
in gentle sway
‘gainst feisty winds
that harry clouds
towards the horizon
dusted blue pink
far beyond mania.

I am an award winning poet who has received the Emily Dickinson award for my poetry collection Mystic Meanderings, published by Bookleaf Publishing and available on Amazon.
